This formula has
undergone production reevaluation and has been reintroduced as a
sugar-coated tablet with increased stability. The previous batch of
this formula became unstable prior to the Best Before Date
anticipated. To ensure the quality and efficacy of the current
batch, our manufacturing partner recommended implementing a
protective sugar-coating. As this product had been out of stock for
an extended period, we chose to accept this suggestion as a means of
ensuring the stability, safety and effectiveness of the medicine,
and to make it available again as fast as possible. Many customers
have expressed a preference for the sugar-free tablets. We too would
prefer sugar-free coating and are continuing to try and find ways to
have this formula in sugar-free tablets again in the future without
compromising the quality of the medicinal herbs within. We thank you
for your feedback and continued patience.
An Mien Pian, also known as
"Peaceful Sleep Tablets", are used to calm the spirit and
to quiet the mind. An Mien Pian is the completely opposite of western pharmaceutical
sleep aids. It does not create a drowsy or drunk feeling in
the morning, nor, does it have a laundry list of major side
affects. An Mien Pian consist of only natural
herbal ingredients which act in harmony to relax the mind and body.
Several Physicians believe that
anxiety, frustration, emotional upset, stress, fatigue and mental
restlessness can exacerbate and set off a range of medical
difficulties. Relaxing the body and receiving a good peaceful
night's sleep is restorative to the body and can be necessary to
boost overall immunity. An Mien Pian helps your mind overcome
occasional feelings of stress or insomnia and allows your body to
get the rest it deserves.
When it comes to day light savings
time sleep becomes a huge issue where, it might not have been
before. Throwing our circadian rhythms into a
frenzy.
Dr.
Maha Alattar, Assistant Professor of Neurology at the University
of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine, offers the
following advice:
— Don't resort to
prescription drugs just to adjust to daylight-saving time; this is a transitory
period and most people adjust within a few days.
— Wake up at your regular time, according to the clock. Even though 6
a.m. will be 7 a.m., stay on your schedule.
— Don't drink caffeine after 10 a.m. or lunchtime.
— Don't take a nap, work through the sluggishness until bedtime.
— Avoid a heavy meal three hours before bed.
— End your exercise routine at least three to four hours before
bedtime.
— Take a warm shower or bath before bed.
— Get a dose of sunshine in the morning to quickly reset circadian
rhythms. Sunlight is most the powerful regulator.

This all-natural ancient formula for
centuries to encourage a "Peaceful Sleep" and refresh
their bodies, even before day light savings time was
started. Now that we do have day light savings time, I
am certainly glad this is available to use.
What are the benefits of using Teapills?
| 1 |
First, Is the main reason.
No brewing or decocting the tea mixture to drink. The teapills are
convenient, and can be easily taken with you, in a purse or pocket |
