A bacterial infection involves pathogenic
microbial bacteria. Digestive tract infections
are usually due to food borne illness. Mishandling of the
food, which allows the bacteria staphylococcus to grow.
Staphylococcus can cause loose bowels, and vomiting.
Viral infections are hard to treat because viruses live inside your
body's cells. They are sheltered from pharmaceutical medicine, which
usually move through your bloodstream. Antibiotics do not work for viral
infections. There are a few antiviral medicines available.

and ringworm.
