this tea is mild. Bojenmi tastes a lot like black tea with a slight after taste.
It is best prepared hot, but may be drank as an ice tea.
The main ingredient is tea leaf from Fujian Province
(reported to be 50% of the product contents), which have been shown to
help lower blood lipids. An extract of other herbs is sprayed onto the tea
leaf to make the finished beverage product, which is prepared by steeping
in boiled water for 3-4 minutes. The other ingredients are:

The recommended dosage of bojenmi tea is three to
six grams three times daily or a total of 9 to 18 grams of bojenmi Chinese
tea in one day. To get this dosage one person could use 3 to 6 (three
gram) bags of bojenmi Chinese tea.
