To know Cayenne is to love Cayenne.   This wonderful spice which may be extremely beneficial to our bodies.  Cayenne influences the flow of digestive secretions from salivary, gastric, and intestinal glands.  Capsicum is excellent for warding off diseases and equalizing blood circulation in the body, hence capsicum will work to prevent strokes and heart attacks.  In addition to preventing the formation of blood clots, researchers have also discovered that a topically applied cream containing capsicum could help control some types of chronic skin pains.  The capsicum in cayenne is very pungent, and causes the burning sensation which is usually very warm; almost hot burning, but it will not blister the skin. I have used cayenne cream, and for me it has been one of the most effective pain relief creams I have used  for bad back.   Be careful to avoid getting Capsicum products in the eyes, as this can be extremely painful.  Wash your hands two or three times with soap after handling the cayenne.
