 Sarsaparilla Root is said to be good for gout, rheumatism, colds, fevers and catarrhal problems, as well as for relieving flatulence. Sarsaparilla is said to reduce fevers by helping cool down the body and promoting perspiration. Sarsaparilla root is known to neutralize microbes in the blood stream. Sarsaparilla root is an alterative, pectoral, diaphoretic, sudorific and is quite distinct appearance. Sarsaparilla may be used in all cases of skin diseases, such as acne, and rheumatism.
Sarsaparilla root is a healing and nourishing herb with a traditional affinity for cases of psoriasis.
